About SUM Medical Clinic Pharmacists

The Sumter United Ministries Free Medical Clinic serves those in the Sumter County community who work at least 20 hours per week, meet income qualifications, and are unable to afford health insurance. The Free Clinic is open every Tuesday evening from 4-8pm. Pharmacists are needed from about 5pm (or as close to 5 as possible, realizing many of you work until 5 or 6pm) until usually around 7-7:30pm to fill in-house new prescriptions and refills written only by our volunteer patient care providers. We fill an average of 10-15 scripts per night. We very much appreciate your service to our community through the Free Medical Clinic!
