SMILE Mass is non-profit based in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Our mission is to help families living with children or adults with disabilities create happy healthy memories through recreation and vacation experiences. SMILE Mass has volunteer opportunities that range from a couple of hours on a particular day, to longer term commitments. We currently have a loaner program, where families requesting beach wheelchairs, joggers, sleds, etc, can request to borrow a piece of equipment from our loaner inventory. We sometimes need help delivering these pieces of equipment to the requesting family. This delivery could be in the local metro-west area, or it could be on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, at a lake or beach in New Hampshire or Maine, etc. SMILE Mass also has events where we need help on a particular day to help set up, registration at the event, selling raffle tickets, clean up, etc. These commitments can range from a couple of hours to the entire day.
