We are an Oregon §501(c)(3) nonprofit Public Benefit corporation developing technology empowered services to help people live safely and independently in their own homes and community, by keeping elders, their family & professional caregivers connected and informed of their well-being.

We believe that an effective caregiver network involves the communication, coordination and contributions of all participants, which may be enhanced by empowering them with well-chosen technology. Our Interdependent-Care (I-Care) model empowers elders to age gracefully at home in community.
